The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. enclosed with the supplementary affidavit would reveal that she had voluntarily gone with the petitioner and married with the petitioner.
