Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khodawandpur Police Station Case No. 132 of 2021, for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 448, 324, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, six named accused persons who are family members entered into the house of the informant. They badly assaulted her daughter Rani Kumari and taken away Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66703 of 2021(2) dt.01-06-2022 2/2 Seven Lakhs cash and gold from their house. They also assaulted the family members of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that both the parties are co-villagers. Petitioners are person of clean antecedent and the injuries sustained by the injured persons are simple in nature.

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai, in connection with Khodawandpur Police Station Case No. 132 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
