The son is looking for compassionate appointment. Looking at the period, the object and purpose behind compassionate appointment has been lost. Since compassionate appointment is not a fundamental or constitutional right but is guided by the circular or guidelines, no relief can be granted on this account to petitioner no.2. Writ is dismissed.
