JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 The widow has already been granted benefit of pension etc. Husband of petitioner no.1 and father of petitioner no.2 was murdered way back in the year 2002. The son is looking for compassionate appointment. Looking at the period, the object and purpose behind compassionate appointment has been lost. Since compassionate appointment is not a fundamental or constitutional right but is guided by the circular or guidelines, no relief can be granted on this account to petitioner no.2. Writ is dismissed.
