The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three A.T.M. cards and one vehicle was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2015 i.e. for more than four months and he has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional
