2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today
