The petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 506, 504, 509, 353, 385, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner misbehaved with the school teachers and demanded extortion.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation has been levelled only on suspicion though the petitioner is accused in one other case and investigation has already concluded.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22252 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Simultalla P.S.
