The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No.122 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that there is case and counter case and no grievous injury was caused to any one, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case
