The petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant's Rs.1,81,000/- was robbed leading to registration of FIR against four unknown miscreants. The name of the petitioner sprang up when he confessed his guilt in Bariya P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that neither any recovery has been made from the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on TIP and the investigation has already concluded.

No.22319 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Jogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No.6 of 2015.
Since the petitioner has serious criminal antecedent, learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he defaults for two consecutive occasions or gets involved in some serious nature of offence.
