JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Petitioner being father-in-law of the victim is languishing in custody since 29.05.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 328, 34 of the I.P.C.
It is alleged that brother of the informant was married with the daughter of the petitioner but there was some matrimonial dispute. On the alleged date of occurrence the victim went to bring back his wife when all the in-laws family after catching hold of the victim administered him poison. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no motive has been alleged nor the postmortem reflects any resisting injury and the report of the viscera has still not come.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40992 of 2014 (3) dt.22-01-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 314 of 2013.
