Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 302 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 379, 498A, 494, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity. Moreover, petitioner undertakes to pay monthly installment of Rs. 3000/- (three thousand) to his wife, as stated in paragraph 4 of the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55499 of 2022(5) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 specially the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 302 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
