The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioners and other accused persons are alleged to have made indiscriminate firing but the firing did not hit the informant. The informant did not receive any injury. Similarly situated accused persons have already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajiv Ranjan Raman, the
