The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 393 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by order dated 16.02.2015. The petitioner and one Md. Wasimuddin were apprehended and Md. Wasimuddin has already been enlarged on bail by order dated 16.02.2015 vide Criminal Misc. No. 46296 of 2014. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing except the fact that the petitioner was earlier convicted in a case under section 224 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the facts aforesaid and that the similarly situated co-accused has already been enlarged on bail and that the petitioner is in jail since 06.07.2014, the petitioner

No.15230 of 2015 (6) dt.08-07-2015 above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 319 of 2014.
