The petitioner seeks bail in Hisua P.S. Case No. 03/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. One Diwakar Kumar is said to have opened account in Punjab National Bank in the name of Gopal Kumar and presented four cheques out of which one cheque was found forged. Later on transpired that the cheque which was encashed was forged and not issued by the Punjab National Bank. From the possession of Diwakar Kumar many incriminating articles were recovered. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Diwakar Kumar who is said to have disclosed that at the instance of the petitioner the Bank account was opened but except that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31069 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 Investigating Officer could not collect any material to show the involvement of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 07.01.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Hisua P.S.
