The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 108 of 2018 registered under Sections 363 and 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Ranjan Mahto having more serious allegation has already been granted pre-arrest bail vide order dated 20.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58657 of 2018 by a bench of this Court as also the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57453 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Procedure as contained in Annexrue-2 to the present application, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-V, Madhubani in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 108 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
