The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 328 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The police apprehended the petitioner and from his possession arms and ammunitions are said to have been recovered. The police has recorded the confession of the petitioner but did not collect any further material to show the involvement of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 02.05.2015 but he has not been put on T.I. parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32443 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 148 of 2014.
