The petitioner seeks bail in Jiradei P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Over row of raising wall on the disputed land, at the instigation of the petitioner, Narsingh Ram assaulted on the head of the son of the informant by means of farsa while the petitioner assaulted the son of the informant with rama. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is a case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39736 of 2017 (2) dt.21-08-2017 2/2 not found any grievous injury attributed to the petitioner. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 10.06.2017. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the victim had sustained fracture injury on his head, but that injury is not attributed to the petitioner rather to Narsingh Ram. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Siwan in connection with Jiradei P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017.
