2. The petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2015 in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 251 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 324, 333, 341, 307, 504 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the nature of injury sustained by the informant is simple.

4. Considering that the informant is a Police Officer who is said to have been assaulted with dagger by the petitioner, as well as criminal antecedents of the petitioner showing past involvement in the offence of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner.
