The petitioner is accused in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 107 of 2016, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court on 23.03.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 3119 of 2017 and in the present case he is in custody since 28.06.2016. It is further submitted that it would appear from the F.I.R. that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., but in course of investigation, he was apprehended in another case, which was lodged against unknown,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48458 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 in which, the police got recorded his confessional statement showing the recovery of stolen motorcycle near the canal. It is further submitted that while petitioner is accused in two other cases, but in both cases, he is on bail.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas, in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 107 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
