Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is informed that statement of victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she stated that she has solemnized her marriage by her own violation with coaccused, Aadarsh Kumar @ Chintu. The typed copy of aforesaid statement has been annexed as Annexure-3 to the supplementary affidavit.
