2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 394 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 18.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1950 of 2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in jail since 31.05.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as also the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 394 of 2023, subject to the following conditions:

(i) The petitioner shall co-operate in the trial.

(ii) The petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Patrakar Nagar Police Station on every Sunday of each month and at Chowk Police Station on every Wednesday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
