The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Looted mobile of the informant was recovered from possession of Sanjay Bind. Sanjay disclosed that he purchased the mobile from the petitioner on payment of Rs.500/-. Except this, the police did not collect any further evidence and the police got the confession of the petitioner and remanded the petitioner in this case but did not put him on T.I. parade. The petitioner is in jail since 28.04.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32394 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014.
