After receiving confidential information with regard to presence of Mangal Singh @ Butai Singh @ Jitendra Singh an accused relating to Alipur P.S.Case No. 18/2019 alongwith his associate in order to commit an offence, raid was conducted and during course thereof, Mangal Singh @ Butai Singh @ Jitendra Singh as well as Chhotu @ Shrawan @ Ajay Yadav were apprehended and from the possession of Mangal Singh @ Butai Singh @ Jitendra Singh a loaded country made pistol was recovered while from the possession of Chhotu @ Shrawan @ Ajay Yadav three live cartridges and one miss-fired cartridge was recovered. It has further been disclosed that during course of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56461 of 2019(3) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 interrogation, aforesaid Mangal Singh disclosed regarding presence of another associate Amlendu Singh @ Pathar Singh (petitioner) and further he also disclosed with regard to having in possession of country made loaded pistol who just now proceeded ahead whereupon, the police party gone towards the said direction, apprehended Pathar Singh and from his possession one country made loaded pistol was recovered. That being so, the petitioner happens to be under custody since 26.3.2019 having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para-3 of the petition.

As such, the petitioner, Amlendu Singh @ Pathar Singh, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Gaya in connection with Alipur P.S.Case No. 19/2019.
