1. Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Learned counsel for the respondents.
2. The Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to illness, he could not appear before the Court on 18.02.2025 to argue the matter, and the matter was dismissed for default and for non prosecution. Therefore, he prayed to set aside the dismissal order dated 18.02.2025.

3. Considering the above fact, the petitioner has to be given a fair opportunity to submit his arguments, this Court set asides the order dated 18.02.2025 and restores CWJC No. 4608 of 2017 on its original file.
4. Accordingly, the MJC No. 2684 of 2025 is hereby allowed.
