2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 309(6) and 103(1) of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. According to the prosecution, the informant's brother was shot and killed by an unknown person.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Raushan Kumar Singh. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 08.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K.
