2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 377 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 21(a) and 27(a) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 4.140 grams of heroine.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal history and he is in custody since 20.05.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 377 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Bhabhua Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
