JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The present case was lodged on 21.12.2014 for the occurrence of 16.12.2014 but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner no. 3 lodged Sonepur P.S. Case No. 577 of 2014 against the victim of the present case and others for kidnapping of his daughter and in retaliation to the above stated case as well as to save their skin, the accused of the above stated case got instituted the present case. Moreover, Annexure-3 to the petition reveals that victim had appeared in his examination of 16.12.2014 and 17.12.2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32609 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran in connection with Sonepur P.S.
