JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-12-2016 Heard Sri Rajendra Kumar Deo, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody in Chenari P.S. Case No. 144 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 21, 22, 23 of the Narcotic Drugs And Psychotropic Substances Act has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is the named accused on an allegation of recovery of about 150 gram of Ganja that too not from his conscious possession but from his Gumti. He further submits that petitioner is having clean antecedent and this fact has been mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the petition.

In view of clean antecedent of the petitioner as well as much lesser quantity than smaller quantity of recovered Ganja, let
