2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 152 of 2019, G.R. Case No. 2649 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the IPC and 33 of the Indian Forest Act.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner cut two Sagwan trees which was planted under scheme of MANREGA, and kept it at the back side of his half constructed house.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent and his name has figured merely on the basis of suspicion. He is under custody

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 152 of 2019, G.R. Case No. 2649 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
