2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 127 of 2024 dated 05.05.2024 registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the second attempt of the petitioner to get the relief of anticipatory bail and the petitioner is ready to surrender before the trial court, however, on 13.03.2026 there is marriage ceremony of the daughter of the petitioner and the police are harassing him and there is a great possibility of his arrest before the marriage ceremony of his daughter, so, either interim

4. Learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner's prayer has already been rejected on merit and the fresh ground taken by the petitioner, as argued, is not maintainable for consideration of his second prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. This Court finds no merit in this application as the petitioner has not succeeded to point out the fresh circumstances entitling him to the relief of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner's prayer made in this application stands rejected.
