JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was absconder in the police record and when police attempted to trap the petitioner, his family members attacked on the police party and got released the petitioner from custody of the police.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Chapra, Saran in connection with Rasulpur P.S.Case No. 68 of 2014.
