Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State assisted by learned counsel for the informant.

Allegation as levelled by the informant against the petitioners and others relates with obtaining Rs. 1 Lac in deceptive manner.

Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that his client had already in the receipt of Rs. 1 Lac having paid by the petitioners and that being so, he has got no grievance. Accordingly, , petitioners, namely, 1. T. Murga

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31980 of 2015 (3) dt.16-10-2015 Nandam, 2. Durai Raj Murugan and 3. Santhil Kumar D. @ D. Senthil are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 71/2015.
