Neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and the name of petitioner came in this case on the basis of disclosure made by the witnesses at the time of raid. Moreover, except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
