JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded Katta is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and it is also stated that the seizure list was prepared by the police and aforesaid seizure list was handed over to the petitioner after obtaining his signature but learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards photo stat copy of the seizure list and submits that the seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioner which proves the false implication of the petitioner in the alleged crime. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34556 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S.Case No. 444 of 2015.
