The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.05.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of kidnapping the daughter of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim got her age recorded as 20 years when the court assessed as such where she has stated that she of her own went in the company of this petitioner, though, subsequently Vikku threatened her and got the victim court marriage done with the petitioner under pressure.

Considering the inconsistency in the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Rupauli P.S.
