JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he was found involved in human trafficking. The investigation of this case has already been completed and charge sheet has been submitted. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that witnesses supported the prosecution story but it is not clear from the impugned order as to whether the statement of parents of rescued children was recorded or not.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway
