====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-10-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 143 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to internal rivalry in the prison department and partial inquiry report. Petitioner has passed the Madhyama examination in the name of Bholi Kumari and applied in the name of Bholi Kumari mentioning her date of birth as 05.01.1980 but only in the Home Guard Training record her calling name has been entered as Madhu Kumari. Bholi Kumari and Madhu Kumari is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59649 of 2018(2) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 the same lady. Petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 143 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
