Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that on raid, from the house of the petitioner, several items of spare parts and oil to be used in motor vehicles scrap of pick up van as well as one Beloro vehicle were recovered It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is motor mechanic and the Beloro was kept for repairing and the owner of the said Belero is Nawal Kishore Singh and only on suspicion the present accusation has been levelled against him.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34366 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitutes a good ground for consideration of regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.
With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
