JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the name of petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Indrajeet Kumar and, furthermore, impugned order goes to show that the mobile and SIM used in committing the present crime were recovered from possession of the co-accused persons. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 12.07.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st, class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai P.S.Case No. 103 of 2016.
