JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That, this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions in the nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing to the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for selection to the post of Navik (General Duty) under the category of OBC or General Category on the basis of marks obtained by him in written test i.e. 91 and cleared all the physical tests in
Patna High Court CWJC No.19691 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 view of an Advertisement No. 02/2021 published by the Join Indian Coast Guard, Ministry of defence. And for the other necessary relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled to in accordance with law."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
