The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. During the course of investigation, two accused persons confessed their guilt and disclosed the name of the petitioner but nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was put on T. I. parade although the petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32451 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Siswan (Chainpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 114 of 2014.
