Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the first information report itself that there is land dispute between the parties and the present occurrence took place on account of land dispute. So far as allegation of assault is concerned, the same is against the other accused and it is only stated that this petitioner instigated the other accused for assaulting the informant.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
