2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 (A) and 34 of IPC . 3 . As per the prosecution case ,informant namely Ravi Shankar Sahni alleged that on 21.04.2021 at about 10 PM , all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner kidnapped daughter of informant. It is further alleged that informant made efforts on his own level for recovery of his daughter but accused persons confined her in their house .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. The other F.I.R. named accused persons with similar allegation have already been acquitted in the case vide judgment dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54486 of 2025(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 20.03.2025 passed by Ld. Addtional Sessions Judge - 1st Muzaffarpur in Sessions Trial No. - 622 of 2022 . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2025 . Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM (East ) Muzaffarpur in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 48 of 2021 .
