The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 302 of 2013 registered under sections 341. 323. 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation in this case, as stated by the complainant, is against one Rajesh Pandey and not this petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the allegation against the petitioner is wholly vague and farfetched, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40099 of 2014 (2) dt.25-03-2015 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 302 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
