Petitioner is named but according to prosecution case itself, the alleged recovery was made from a hotel where the petitioner and some others were caught by the raiding team. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 12-05-2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 178 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Narendra Pal Singh, J.M.-Ist Class, Shergjhatti at Gaya.
