JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard Dr. Shraddhanand Paswan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 772 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 341, 323, 332, 337, 338, 295(a), 153(a), 307, 435, 436, 427, 504, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been arrayed as accused at the instance of Chaukidar. He further submits that there is much delay in receipt of F.I.R. in the court below and, as such, it creates serious doubt.

However, on going through the contents of the F.I.R

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58669 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 and considering the seriousness of accusation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
