pension and gratuity, G.P.F., leave encashment, Group Insurance to the petitioner along with arrears of salary as ordered vide order bearing memo no. 680 dated 06.03.2019 (Annexure-P5)"
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, he is permitted to file a representation regarding his grievance mentioned in the writ petition, before the respondent no. 4.
Patna High Court CWJC No.16872 of 2019(2) dt.19-08-2019 2/2 Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no. 4 within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 4 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
