JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2019 The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :- "For issuance of writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ(s), order(s) and directions commanding the respondent authorities to make payment of post retirement benefit i.e.

pension and gratuity, G.P.F., leave encashment, Group Insurance to the petitioner along with arrears of salary as ordered vide order bearing memo no. 680 dated 06.03.2019 (Annexure-P5)"

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, he is permitted to file a representation regarding his grievance mentioned in the writ petition, before the respondent no. 4.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16872 of 2019(2) dt.19-08-2019 2/2 Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no. 4 within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 4 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
