JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, petitioner is not named in the first information report but Para-28 of the case diary goes to show that he was caught with stolen motorcycle and, hence, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.Case No. 433 of 2016, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur stands rejected.

However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the trial court after four months, if his trial in not concluded within the above stated period.
