The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 379/511 of the I.P.C and 15(2), 15(4) of P.M.P. Act and 3⁄4 Explosive Substance Act.

Prosecution case, in brief, is that on the alleged date of occurrence some unknown culprits damaged the petroleum pipe line.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 5.5.2017. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has come on the confessional statement of co-accused. Other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No.41242 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. case No.244 of 2014.
