Some mistakes have been crept in the order dated 24.2.2016 for which petitioner has filed a slip pointing out that in the fifth paragraph in place of "Road Construction Department" it has been inadvertently typed as "Rural Construction Department". It has further been pointed out that the name of respondent no. 6 has not been mentioned in the cause title of said order.

Accordingly in the order dated 24.2.2016 in the fifth paragraph in place of "Rural Construction Department" it should be read as "Road Construction Department" and in the cause title the name of respondent no.6 should be read as "The Principal Secretary, Rural Works Department, Vishesharaiya Bhawan, Government of Bihar, Patna."

Patna High Court CWJC No.4574 of 2013 (6) dt.14-03-2016 Accordingly order dated 24.2.2016 is modified to that extent only.
