The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, one stolen laptop charger and one mobile charger were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. However, it is contended that petitioner's antecedent is clean and he has remained in custody since 17.06.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mrs. Seema Eram, J.M. 1st Class, Patna in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45644 of 2016 (2) dt.25-10-2016 2 / 2 Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.332 of 2016 with a condition that one of the bailors must be his father. Further, if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
